Hey there, I'm Charlene...

Growing up I was the textbook definition of shy. I struggled with talking to pretty much anyone. Even the idea of making small talk with the Starbucks barista as I ordered my Mocha Latte would send me into a panic.
I used to write out our pizza order before calling it in - and it was always the same order - 2 pepperoni and one half cheese/half mushroom.
Now, since learning mindfulness...
- I'm traveling on my own
- attending workshops, conferences and retreats where I don't know a single person when I walk into the room
- Creating online courses, workshops, and training all on the many benefits of mindfulness
- Guesting on a number of podcasts.
